  • GENERIC_TICKETING_PROVIDER_REGEX (Example for EasyVista: ([R|I][0-9]+-[0-9]+))
  • GENERIC_TICKETING_PROVIDER_URL_BUILDER (Example for EasyVista: https://instance.easyvista.com/index.php?ticket={REF})
