Fix typo in PlatformIO Manifest #13

Description

Unfortunately, there is a typo in the library.json. The value of name is currently name=ODROID-GO which causes the name of the library to be name=ODROID-GO as well.

What else needs to be done

Increase the version number (e.g. 1.0.0 -> 1.0.1)
Deploy the changes to the PlatformIO Registry
