mm/vmscan.c: Cast migrate type to int for pr_err #246

I just got sick of seeing this error during compilation, even though it's cosmetic. I'm not sure if this is the best solution, but it works.

I will need to make a new pull request without the additional code I was working on in the same branch. Closed for now.
