Does not compile if CONFIG_ANDROID_BINDER_IPC=y is set #421

Compiling the odroidg12-4.9.y branch with CONFIG_ANDROID_BINDER_IPC=y gives a compilation error. This is no suprise, since binder.c contains obvious errors. I'm not sure why this repo has changes to this file anways given that it does not get compiled....
