Window Control Buttons disappear for modial dialogs in Extension Settings #335

Describe the bug When you have a modial settings dialog pop up when going through an extensions settings, the window control buttons disappear.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Extensions Manager
  2. Click on Click on Settings for Extension
  3. Window controls disappear when modial dialog box appears.
