Describe the bug When maximize the window on the secondary monitor, the titlebar is still there.

To Reproduce

Expected behavior Auto hide the title bar on the secondary screen when window is maximized

Please close this ticket, I toggled ‘‘Please apply only to primary screen’’. It's a mistake. Sorry!
