Description

I've included a guide in README in order to setup MySQL correctly as in the new version of MariaDB default user is not created by docker-compose

What is the current behavior (you can also link to an open issue here) ? Postfixadmin can not connect to MySQL
What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change) ? Everything works fine
