Add "Shipping" page #1

Please add Shipping page, where buyers can find info about shipping - available methods and (most importantly) shipping cost. Now we have to go through entire "shopping cart" process to check cost of shipping, which is not very pleasant experience.

That's is a very good idea - I just forwarded it to @afabik. We plane to have this topic better communicated on our new website. Thx for the idea. Actually, we should already have a free shipping inside the EU :-)
