Installing Twouse disable plugin run configurations

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Install Twouse from eclipse update site (
http://userpages.uni-koblenz.de/~parreiras/twouse/update )

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Run/Run Configuration icons / menu options have been removed.  I am now
unable to find my run configurations or run my code.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Running Eclipse 3.5 for RCP/Plugin-developers, java 1.6.0_18 on Windows XP SP 3

Please provide any additional information below.
We are investigating using TwoUse as a plugin ontology editor for our
products - however I have yet been able to get it to install and run - it
seems to either let me run TwoUse or run everything else - which is
unacceptable.  

Looking at some of the screen shots in the wiki - I can see this same
behavior.  Compare the toolbars shown in
http://code.google.com/p/twouse/wiki/Installation and
http://code.google.com/p/twouse/wiki/using, and you will see that the run
tool is now missing.

Unfortunately since there is no simple way to remove plugins, I have had to
re-install eclipse (twice now) in order to restore the base functionality I
need to do my job.  

This sounds like a very promising tool, but until this issue is corrected I
can not even begin to evaluate it.
