option to block users #374

We desperately need a way to block specific users in the app. I'm not sure if this is tied to not having an Kbin API. Without it we are being bombarded with spam and ads.

Currently the only way to block a user is to do so in the artemis.camp website, then scroll to find the post again, before blocking the user.

The other two already exist in the app 🙂
