Icon description links in iOS are incorrect #394

Describe the bug Two of the icons on iOS app icon selector have links that are misformatted.

To Reproduce

Go to settings
Select App Icons
See the descriptions for Kibby and Stellar Siblings icons.

Expected behavior Links should appear as their intended words.
