[proposal] add an info about iOS wrapper to the readme and project home pages #1493

Either the project home page (https://code.google.com/p/tesseract-ocr/) and 
readme page (https://code.google.com/p/tesseract-ocr/wiki/ReadMe) both do not 
contain info, that tesseract is also available on iOS. 

Furthermore on the page about 3rd party libraries 
(https://code.google.com/p/tesseract-ocr/wiki/3rdParty) iOS is mentioned there 
with 2 iOS libraries, which are very old and seems not being actual anymore.

So I would suggest to mention a very strong and powerfull iOS wrapper on those 
pages listed above. That perfect wrapper is here: 
https://github.com/gali8/Tesseract-OCR-iOS

I adjusted 3rd party[1]. On Readme[2] android and iPhone is mentioned in 
Development part
