support setting --depth for repos ? #213

Not an issue, but more of a feature request. 

Repo should support the git --depth flag.

For instance in Android external/chromium-webview is 2.5G but it is just older 
revisions of the webview.apk which are not needed. I better off with a git 
--depth=1 clone.

This is already supported.  You can set the clone-depth attribute in the 
manifest for that project.
