File extension and Settings are ignored (solution attached) #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use filefilter.txt with content:
= C/C++:cc
~ RULE_...

2. Run nsiqcppstyle on a directory that contains a file.cc

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see nothing but I should see
Processing : /path/to/file.cc

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.2.2.13

I have it fixed using the attached file.
