Adding this pull request as a placeholder. It looks like the multi-account login works. I can't test properly because one of the tentants involved doesn't grant all the required permissions without admin consent (not sure which because https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/permissions-reference seems to suggest all the required ones don't need consent). I'll see if I can test in another manner.
