I tried the rose pine moon version and it went along fine with my bspwm border color. But in order to achieve consistency I used the same scheme on the other two themes, and I wasn't satisfied with the result, so I understand your opinion. But since generating and testing was such a hassle, I thought I'll stick with them.
Since you gave some necessary feedback, I'll test using the other colors as well. I used the corresponding foam colors for the body and the subtle colors for the outline. I think we may end up using different corresponding colours (for eg: foam color for body for Rose Pine Moon cursor and love color for body for Rose Pine Dawn cursor ) in order to make the cursors visually pleasing throughout.
In the meantime, do check out the versions from the original creator(links below) and let me know your thoughts on which colours I should try since I don't want the rose pine versions to look similar to the original Bibata cursor versions.

I tried testing the cursor colours with the base and the surface colours and the output for the dark theme is similar to the original source. The light theme is also not very much different. I may probably scrap this plan if the other colours do not make much of a difference.
I'd consider using the base/surface colors for the actual cursor body with colored outlines instead of color on color.
