Does this somehow affect this project?

That's an interesting question. Assuming there's no legal threats nothing happens but if some occur I simply have to take this project offline. I have absolutely no interest in fighting over the patent if this page curl effect happens to violate Apple's rights (I'm not familiar enough with it to say what's the case). Not that I had any resources to do that either.

Let's just hope this won't happen. All I know that Apple's implementation was not used as a resource in any way whilst developing. Only the video clips/links I've put to README.md file.
