Allow manual results edits in CoNLL-U (and table) mode

I'd say this is done with e71f745b5d5357d1d032bd3c36749e54246ab22c 🥳, excepts very very minor UI changes I can make myself (for instance, I imagine that the average user wouldn't necessarily know what the "resubmit" button is for)
