Convert raw data from other than MiSeq sequencers to PEMA format #19

In the convertIllumunaRawDataToEnaFormat.sh replace reg expression with more alternative options, like from:

/^@M0.*/

to:

/^@[M|A]0.*/

to work for multiple cases such as novaseq etc
