Add alternative db for the case of 18S rRNA #21

Consider of adding PR2 as an alternative to the Silva database.

Here you may see how you could use PR2.

The CREST classifier was trained using the PR2 database. Its output is available through PEMA's zenodo repo. This issue is now resolved.
