Add 12S marker gene #32

Using reference databases from this repo, PEMA could integrate the analysis of the 12S rRNA marker gene.

PEMA can now run analyses for 12S rRNA data too!

For the time being, this is possible only using the Swarm algorithm, not vsearch.

@cpavloud do you think this is a problem ?

In case it is, I could work on that in a future version of pema, not that soon.
