Commenting an unmarked annotation after marking another one could delete the mark of the former annotation

Steps to reproduce:

Annotate some content with a criteria (evidence mode)
Mark with a level (marking mode)
Annotate other content (evidence mode)
Comment this last annotation The mark of first annotation is lost and it requires to annotate it again.
