Minimize to the System Tray #113

It would be possible to add an option to minimize pomodairo to the system tray?
Also could exist a complementary option to indicate pomodairo to open the main 
window when an alarm is triggered (timer ends, break ends).

It looks like this can be done using Air. ;-)

Thanks for Pomodairo - it's great. The only thing missing is system tray on 
Windows (for me). I've tried using TrayIt application and while it works well 
with Pomodairo, it prevented Windows Security Essentials from opening - 
autoclosing it each time. :-(
Spent few days hunting for viruses that weren't there. Weird.

Also it will be great, if program will return from system tray at the end of 
one pomodoro, or in 5 minutes before it.
