Enhancement request: Pull me in to start the next Pomadoro #135

Here's my problem:

I finish a Pomadoro and my break starts.  When the break finishes, I might not 
remember to start another timer.  Please add a pop-up of some sort as a gentle 
reminder -- perhaps with a snooze button -- to gently coax me back into 
starting the next Pomodoro instead of letting me enjoy too long of a break.

User could also be provided an option to start next Pomodoro automatically.

Along with this, I also think the break timer should automatically Stop when 
the break time is up. Right now I have to click Stop Timer after the end of 
break, and then click Start Timer again to start next Pomodoro. That's two 
clicks to start next Pomodoro. The click on Stop Timer seems unnecessary and 
could be automated.
