Hide off-line clients #281

1. I propose not only to carry disabled customers at the end of the list, and 
hide them. I have more than 200 clients in the network, it is inconvenient to 
work with.

2. Reduce excess amounts of information displayed

Additional switch to show/hide offline clients.

Implemented as Show/Hide Inactive Slots
