Is it something you want to sort on? If not, would it work for you if it was in a "details" section in the UI? This would be somewhere near the log viewer where the "details" would only be visible for the currently selected slot. It's an idea I'm tossing around, so I'd appreciate some feedback.
I ask because I'm getting multiple requests to add additional information to the main grid and I feel if I honor them all we'll end up with something that is difficult to visually parse, if we're not approaching that point already.
Not really a need to sort on it for the purpose I was thinking of, since it was more of a general value to look at to spot issues, since the FAH project works in mysterious ways and the Atoms count is a quick way to see if the PPD being generated matches what is expected.
Could be a Toggle in the “View” drop down like the “Version Information” where the extra info is shown or not
Toggle = Project (Run, Clone, Gen) – Atoms
Not Toggle = Project (Run, Clone, Gen)
If the “details” section is something like and added info line at the bottom of the window, where the connection info etc. is currently listed and that would show info for the selected slot, I guess that is fine too.
Okay, that's an idea. Again, tossing around some ideas for changes with the main grid and I'll keep this in mind as I come to a final decision on design.
Could you add the “Atoms” info for a Project to the main list also, so people can see this information easily in the main view list on running projects, maybe just add it to the existing Project column
Project (Run, Clone, Gen) - Atoms
instead of having to go via Benchmarks Viewer to do a lookup of this information.
