One computer showing no completed or failed WUs. #361

One of my computers shows no completed or failed WUs in the main display, yet they look ok in the Work Unit History Viewer. In the FAHControl, the log shows them completing ok. This computer did used to show the numbers correctly. Let me know if you want some details.

I have the same issue. I have HFM.NET running on two separate Win10 PCs (Folding is on Linux machines), and one of them is showing the completed/failed correctly, while the other shows them as zero/zero for one of the machines (called 'Tester') - see images.

I'm having the same issue with one of my hosts. All three machines are running Ubuntu 22.04.2. Two display completed and failed just fine, one doesn't.

HFM version: 10.1.1994 FAH Client version on all hosts: 7.6.13

Another issue is that nothing is logged in the Work Unit History Viewer (although according to the logs and my PPD, all hosts are functioning correctly). How do I turn that on?

I ended up rolling back to v9.28.1718 - no issues with the counts on this version (or with installation on one of my Win10 machines).

Thanks. Reverting to that version fixed it.

Any advice for getting the Work Unit History Viewer to log all WUs? EDIT: Nevermind, figured it out.

Hi DocJonz - Sorry for my slow reply. I've had to put HFM on the back burner since the beginning of the year but I should be more responsive now.

Actually, this is the first I've heard of this. Are the other reports exclusive to clients on Raspberry Pi?

Can you share a link to "the forums" where I might be able to get some more information?

When a WU fails to be inserted into the database, the failure is logged. If this is still happening, sharing the HFM.log file with me would be the first place to start.

Is this still an issue with v10.2 @hucker75, @DocJonz, @Azmodeszer? Again, any failure to insert records into the database will be logged in the HFM.log file and that's what I'd need to see to get an idea of what's happening.

Sorry, since v8 of Folding, which has a nice multi-computer view built in, I don't use HFM.

I reverted back to v9.28.1718, as not had problems with that version. I'll put v10.3.2014 on one of the machines and see how it goes...
