sitemaps and robotsTxt arguments not mutual exclusive #169

Details

If you provide a explizit sitemap by the --sitemaps argument, sitemaps from the robots.txt should not be used in my opinion. While we can archive that by setting robotsTxt to false we will lose the filter for disallowed routes and other parameters from robots txt.
