After emulating the mobile app on iOS simulator, many UI components were corrupted. Here's a list of things to fix in this story:

UI fixes

• [x] login side menu
• [x] side menu instructions
• [x] image paths
• [x] complex items (ingredient group)
• [x] menu display not uniform (ie. some categories have 2 items in a row, some only 1)
