DTALite crashes while performing UE assignment-simulation

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Columbia.dlp
2. Run the assignment
3. Select 10 iterations and BPR option

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Program to simulate for 10 iterations.  Program crashes at iteration 7.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

DTALite.  Nexta 3 Beta.  Windows 7.

Please provide any additional information below.

I tried using the Newell's model and it worked for 10 iterations.

BPR requires a positive capacity, but the data set has 0-lane link, leads to 
divided-by-zero error. DATLite will add more error checking functions.
