It's expected to happen, since most games actually check the Memory Card
region, which is set the first time you format it and/or save data from a game.
The region will vary depending of the region of that game.

I know this because it actually happened to me with EUR titles, but the problem
was gone once I formatted the Memory Card (after using GCMM to backup all the
data, of course).

You may also want to check if NMM is compatible with those games, so you don't
have to wipe the memory.

I have the same trouble with Battle stadium D.O.N in dios mios mode. My version
is 2.2 and I use USB Loader GX r1201. Don´t recognize me the fisic memory card
and nmm in the slot A. Also the video game corrupted the memory card and lost
the save games. Its the unique game that I have problems. Thanks.

P.D. My black wii is american version 4.3U
