Using the Harmony Marketplace SDK, create an NFT Marketplace to allow a user to buy/sell HRC721 and HRC1155 tokens using HRC20 tokens or ONE tokens

Context

The purpose of this bounty is to demonstrate the creation of a marketplace using the SDK. Create a project that will showcase the SDK to be used to create a functional NFT Marketplace that supports the listing of NFT-standard tokens (1155/721) and the purchase of tokens using HRC20/ONE tokens.

Stretch goal: lock up 10% of the value of ONE tokens on-chain to be staked for each purchase that is sent to the token lister in ONE year. If listed in other tokens, swap the tokens to ONE first

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Demonstrate the use of the SDK to integrate with the blockchain and the HRC standards
• [ ] User registers their address
• [ ] User buys HRC721/HRC1155 token using ONE
• [ ] User buys HRC721/HRC1155 token using HRC20 token
• [ ] User sells HRC721/HRC1155 token to sell for ONE
• [ ] User sells HRC721/HRC1155 token to sell for HRC20 token
• [ ] User sets the royalties percentage
• [ ] Dapp to capture royalties for platform owner and original creator
• [ ] Demo video
• [ ] Opensource (MIT / BSD) github
• [ ] Github documentation describing the use of SDK to integrate the above
• [ ] Working website that can be demonstrated

Working website must be of production quality, similar to marketplaces such as OpenSea, NFTKey, TofuNFT, Magic Eden, NFTically, etc. Demo video should be informational, think Coursera or Udemy, limit to 10 minutes.
