Front End for Harmony Blockchain Explorer v2 #37

# Description Build a front end for Harmony Block Explorer.

## Context The existing block explorer can be found here: https://explorer.harmony.one/#/

We received feedback from the community around improving the stability, features and UI of Harmony Explorer. With the growth in applications and assets on Harmony (HRC20, HRC721), the types of transactions that the explorer needs to track is more complex.

The Harmony core developers have created a new modular architecture for Explorer v2: https://github.com/hypnagonia/harmony-explorer-v2/tree/dev2

This architecture will make the explorer backend fully open, relying on indexers and APIs. Now, we need our developer community to innovate on UX and front-end for Explorer v2.

Considering that no frontend framework is needed, just html,css and js, this will require a little bit technical knowledge of javascript and i'm quite experienced building with these. I'm also currently building frontend for dApps. here's link to my github https://github.com/jerrynoah96 . would love to get involved with this. 2) developerfred has started work.
