Port / Build the PoolTogether dApp on Harmony #44

Description

Port PoolTogether (https://github.com/pooltogether) from Ethereum to Harmony mainnet.

Context

We are looking for a team to port PoolTogether from Ethereum and launch it on Harmony mainnet. This will be a simple way for new users to enter into crypto using it as a stable "savings account" with the chance to earn upside.

As PoolTogether's co-founder Leighton Cusack said on Twitter: "392 days ago someone deposited $73 into PoolTogether. Yesterday they won $43,760 just by saving their money. This is why @PoolTogether_ will be the on ramp for normal people into DeFi."

Acceptance Criteria

The full PoolTogether dApp is running on Harmony mainnet with all of its functionalities. At least 1,000 users/addresses interact with the dApp.

Reward

$10,000 USD equivalent in ONE tokens.
