Bridge - Wormhole v2 support of Harmony protocol #76

Description

Add harmony protocol support in the wormhole network.

Context

Wormhole network is an open-source bridge project between ETH/BSC <-> Solana, and Terra. We can add Harmony support to it as Harmony is EVM compatible.

The reference design of the wormhole node is in the following repo. https://github.com/certusone/wormhole

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] submit PR to support harmony protocol to wormhole project v2
[ ] work with wormhole team to merge the PR
[ ] demo the usability of the wormhole to interoperate between Harmony <-> Solana , Harmony <-> Terra
[ ] full test report
[ ] provide the proper documentation on how to enable the Harmony support in the wormhole network
