VINCI - Liquidity Providers with the respective stake on all DEX on Harmony #86

Description: Get all Liquidity Providers with the respective stake from DEX:

Context To proceed with the VINCI tokennomics distribution accordingly, is necessary to distribute 411058 VNL (locked VINCI) to the liquidity providers. for that is needed all LP (weekly) information past & present.

Acceptance Criteria -Track all information with subgraphs, and the daVinci team will get the external consumption as JSON.

Reward $1000 in ONE + $1000 in VNL (VINCI Locked) Total $2000 Value

It's a very simple model:

Then you can just divide total points by the account's points to get the time-weighed holdings of the account. I didn't implement the calculation part but I can easily do that and just provide you the output JSON if you'd like.
