Cosmetic bug in transaction result #220

Hello there, it seems the explorer dashboard is showing the wrong status for transaction that interacted with it but with not enough gas

Explorer shows https://explorer.harmony.one/tx/0x2e40fe6b89fb94c1645e8a7cdc59fd48a8414b83b8fd0c66bbfebb5141dbbc25 as a successful transaction however the getTransactionReceipt shows otherwise
