It doesn't meet the test requirement in the last test, but based on @mindstyle85 comment, may still need to have a look.
"not sure how you're testing this one, but if you're not accounting for median changes it will still fail i believe, since, for example if you have a 1M validator on 100k median then thats 115k effective stake and should give different apr than if median changes to 200k for example which would mean the validator now has 230k effective stake"
