Multisig improperly showing read only + 0 Owners #31

This has been happening off and on for a few weeks but now it's permanent...

I am a member of several Multisig's and they are all showing 0 owners and that I am only able to use them in Read-Only mode.

@ArtemKolodko Can you confirm or deny if you are seeing this on your end?

Found a kind of work around on desktop, if you go to: Settings -> Owners (Wait for the page to fully load and go from 0 to X ) -> then select "New Transaction"
