I assume this may be linked to the delegator list loading ? or perhaps another issue causing it.
Proposed solutions:
a) Limit the list OR pagination
b) Remove the list in favour of a delegator count instead. This could appear on the right hand stats box perhaps.
c) Remove delegator list and count if this helps speed the loading.

Loading times on individual validator pages becoming very slow.
For example: https://staking.harmony.one/validators/mainnet/one1v0n7nw6c4fe88xnuasr0d65luult0fvclvvxmf is sometimes taking upwards of 1 minute to load.
