Updated text to better reflect their means. Latest Expected Return -> Previous Epoch Return Latest Returns -> Average Returns

Fixed text overlap on validator name on validator page where name is too long.

Fixed mobile epoch timer overlaping menu icon

Switched visible column 'uptime' for 'apr' on mobile view.
