When only one instrument has been selected or uploaded, can we automatically expand the view of questionnaire items? #6

At the moment when you select just 1 instrument or questionnaire, it is closed by default. This confuses users, they don't seem to notice that there's the option to expand it. Can we expand it by default when there's just one, or alternatively always expand the first selected/uploaded instrument please?
