Team Cheemu added French, Italian, German and Spanish to the stack of languages handled by Harmony.
Each new language has appropriate test coverage, handling edge cases.
Fixes # (issue)Team Cheemu added extra conditionals to handle negative contractions (eg. can't, won't, shan't) in English language.
