Currently, we have only "rational" (closest candidate in issue space) and "party-line". This paper has others we should know about and consider implementing.

Bumping this up in case @harmonyrose hasn't seen this yet. Regardless of which "voting algorithms" we choose to implement, we need to cite this paper and relate them to it.
