Verify drift & chase plots x-axes difference #63

In the drift plots, the x axis is iteration number; in the chase plots, it's election number. This much is okay, as long as we really are plotting the chase plots correctly, and are not simply showing the first 8 iterations as opposed to the 8 elections. Double-check this.

Turns out this is correct; we're only chasing after each election, not every iteration.
