Nothing happens #218

Installed via install button in atom install section. Hitting ctrl+shift+h or directly clicking on packages button does nothing. [visible confusion] Really nothing! Tried even restarting my pc. Also if running atom -f no log appears and no error messages, tried on may html, php, shtml pages and no result.

Atom    : 1.42.0
Electron: 4.2.7
Chrome  : 69.0.3497.128
Node    : 10.11.0

Ok it is working only with html files and also can not pick up images and styles from project root.
