Customization menu #15

Create a pop-up window for each visualization that allows user to specify how they would like their data rendered (i.e. static vs. dynamics, etc.)

I'm currently working on an "options page" as a modal today. I'm hoping to open a PR by the end of the day. I think having a working prototype for this early would be nice.

A basic prototype to this feature is shown in PR #19

There is a PR open in the network viewer that extends the merged modal. Much work needs to be done here...
