Wrong author info in Pull Request and Promotions #3457

The Drone UI shows different info about the author for different events. Examples:

  1. Correct info on PR opened by me and latest push by me:

  2. Wrong profile picture when PR opened by someone else but latest push by me:

  3. No profile picture or DRONE_COMMIT_AUTHOR_NAME env substitution when build promoted by me:

    image
