iPad scroll is not working after using this code #24

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Div should have scroll, overflow: auto;
2. In div there are some more div having context menu.
3. Context menu is working fine in iPad after using this code
4. But we can not scroll that div now.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Scroll should work in main outer div, which having overflow:auto, and fix 
height:200px;

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iPad, safari browser is giving issue only, all android phone are working

Please provide any additional information below.
