Mac FileID should use new mach_o::Reader #386

Once the new Mac dumper lands, the only remaining use of
MacFileUtilities::MachoWalker and src/common/mac/macho_utilities.{cc,h} is
in FileID, which could easily be changed to use the new mach_o::Reader
class instead.  FileID should be changed, and the older Mach-O processing
code should be deleted.
